When you submit a form or chat with Devanta chat, we may collect your name, business name, email, phone number, website, selected service interest, and the message you choose to send. Our hosting and security providers may also process technical data such as IP address, browser details, device details, pages viewed, timestamps, and basic security logs.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to inquiries, qualify whether Devanta can help, provide quotes or next steps, operate and protect the website, improve our services, and keep basic business records. We do not sell your personal information.
AI chat and service providers
The Devanta chat is scoped to answer questions about Devanta. Chat messages are processed by OpenRouter (openrouter.ai) to generate a response - OpenRouter routes requests to the underlying AI model. Contact form submissions are forwarded to Telegram as real-time lead notifications. Our website is hosted and secured by Cloudflare, which processes request data as part of delivering and protecting the site. Fonts are served by Fontshare and Google Fonts.
Cookies and local storage
This website uses local storage to remember your light/dark theme preference. Cloudflare may use essential cookies or similar technologies to deliver and protect the site. This website does not currently use advertising, analytics, or remarketing cookies.
Retention and protection
We keep inquiry and business records only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose they were collected, to provide services, resolve issues, or meet legal and accounting obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no internet service is perfectly secure.
Access, correction, and withdrawal
